You will drive improvements, lead capital and continuous improvement projects, and troubleshoot challenges while aligning with quality, productivity, reliability, and capacity goals.
You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, EHS, Maintenance, Automation, and Engineering teams to ensure safe, efficient production of paints, resins, and coatings.
