Role Overview :
Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment following autonomous and preventive maintenance standards to ensure safety, quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:Independently operate machinery, perform standard work processes, observe safety protocols, and conduct quality assurance activities. Report equipment losses and contribute to performance improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
Qualifications & Skills:High school diploma or equivalent; experience in manufacturing or food production preferred. Knowledge of GMP, basic math, and use of hand tools. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential information. Forklift experience is a plus.
Additional Attributes:Agile, results-driven, flexible, responsible, detail-oriented, and motivated. Proficient in MS Outlook and English language. Demonstrates ownership, leadership, and teamwork capabilities.
Compensation & Benefits:$23.08/hr with an annual incentive target of 5%.
