Forklift Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing facility specializing in packaging solutions, has multiple openings to join their dedicated team. You will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting the efficient movement of materials and products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, adaptability, and a desire to grow within a dynamic environment.

• Safely operate a forklift or roll grab to move materials within the warehouse or plant
• Support the operation of a fast-paced packaging manufacturing environment
• Assist with inventory management and proper storage of materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently

• Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment and follow detailed instructions
• Strong commitment to safety and maintaining a safe work environment
• Basic math skills, ability to read a tape measure, and computer literacy
• Physical ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs., and stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout shifts
• Flexibility to work longer hours, including weekends and different shifts
• 2+ years of experience operating a sit-down forklift preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
