Production Operator

Pay Rate: $22.03/hour

Location: Twin Falls,

Schedule: Must be available for all shifts — Days (6 am–2 pm), Swing (6 pm–10 pm), Nights (10 pm–6 am).
No fixed schedule.

Training: 2–3 weeks on day shift

• Proven record of strong performance, great attendance, and keen attention to detail

• Initiative to learn proactively and contribute positively to the team

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to handle the physical requirements: heat, noise, rotating shift work (8 & 12 hours), and both indoor/outdoor environments

• Mechanical, numerical, and verbal aptitude for quick learning

• High School Diploma or GED

• At least 3 years of recent full-time or part-time employment or education (in combination, within the last 4 years)

• Open availability for rotating schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
