Residency ProgramACEN Accredited STAR Nurse Residency Training Program
We are proud to have all our new graduate RNs go through our year-long STAR Residency Program that helps support transition from a student nurse to professional nurse. You will have the opportunity to build relationships, develop your clinical and leadership skills, and grow your own community of fellow new graduates that will share the same journey as you.

Locations- Twin Falls (Magic Valley Hospital)
- Jerome Hospital
- Ketchum (Wood River Hospital)
- $7,000 Sign on bonus
- $5,000 Relocation bonus
- Who qualifies for the sign on bonus?
- Any current St. Luke's employee who is moving from a non-RN position (CNA/Tech etc.) to an RN position
- New grads with less than 12 months of RN experience that are new to St. Luke's
- Bonus is for full time positions
- Nursing Degree
- RNs with less than 1 year of experience, at the time of hire into the RN position, must have graduated from an accredited nursing program (ACEN – Accreditation Commission of Education in Nursing, CCNE – Commission of Collegiate Nursing Education)
- Current BLS Healthcare Provider Card
