Cynet Health Staff seeks an experienced RN for an ER assignment in Twin Falls, Idaho. This 13-week contract runs on 12-hour shifts including evenings and mid shifts, with weekends as needed and potential for occasional floating.
The role supports a Level 3 Trauma unit with 25 beds, dedicated triage and trauma bays, and 24/7 Respiratory Therapy. Candidates need at least 1 year ER experience, trauma exposure, triage skills, and 2–3 travel assignments at different locations.
