Location

Travel up to 90 miles from home on average. Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.

Schedule

Work Monday–Friday. Weekends not required (but may be requested). Early mornings may be required.

Role

Retail Display Installer – Technology. Join 2020 Companies as a Field Service Representative representing major brands (Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, HP). Execute in‑store tasks such as installing and updating sales floor fixtures, performing buildouts, resets, display repairs, following planograms, and client‑specific directives. Work independently, meet deadlines, and use mobile applications and technology to complete assignments efficiently and professionally. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond and maintain consistent communication with field services management within 24 hours of contact.
  • Keep availability updated accurately.
  • Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
  • Install and build displays, end caps, and fixturing.
  • Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys for each job or assignment before leaving the site.
  • Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
  • Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures remain functional.
  • Participate in early morning installations and team of 2+ people installations and provide solution feedback.
  • Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
  • Assist other team members as needed.
  • Submit accurate timecards and report anomalies daily with corrections.
  • Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Participate in training and certification programs.
  • Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems or workflows.
  • Available for weekend assignments as requested.
Scheduling & Planning
  • Hours and locations may vary week to week; occasional weekends and early mornings possible.
  • Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
Project Execution
  • Follow all directives fully and completely.
  • Work closely with shared services team to ensure goals, identify opportunities for improvement, communicate and drive solutions while ensuring operational efficiencies.
Relationship Development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within shared services team, local/regional markets, clients, retailers, and stakeholders.
  • Cultivate collaboration and communication with internal teams, clients, retailers, and field representatives.
Leadership & Cross‑functional Work
  • Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication skills, and strong leadership while representing the company.
  • Set high standards for behavior, foster a positive work environment, and ensure respectful communication.
  • Work across all aspects of the company and cross‑functional processes to achieve alignment and operational success.
Customer & Client Satisfaction
  • Ensure customer and client satisfaction meets or continually improves according to established shared service field KPIs.
  • Be open to providing and receiving feedback.
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Flexible availability Monday‑Friday, with weekend, holiday, early morning, and late‑night availability as needed.
  • Maintain minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
  • Climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift and carry up to 60 lbs, and perform tasks such as kneeling, walking, crouching, bending, grasping, and reaching overhead.
  • Ability to adjust to changing tasks and work environments.
  • Use smartphone for tasks like clocking in/out, photo uploads, downloading apps, and internet connectivity.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or merchandising experience beneficial.
  • Installation and merchandising experience and proficiency with hand and power tools preferred.
  • Proficiency in following planogram directives and secondary communications.
  • Own Android or Apple mobile device capable of photo and data uploads.
  • Must navigate communication platforms and applications independently.
  • Complete all training assignments and tasks within designated time frames.
  • Have reliable transportation, hold a valid driver's license, prove insurance, and travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
