Assistant Store Manager – seasonal store.
OverviewThe Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack‑up and teardown of a seasonal store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. The role involves guest services, staff development, expense control, shrinkage management, merchandising, and inventory control.
Responsibilities- Assist the Store Manager with overall operation of the store.
- Implement guest service standards.
- Develop and train staff.
- Control expenses and shrinkage.
- Handle merchandising and inventory control.
- Minimum age 18.
- Prior retail management experience required.
- Flexible schedule.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.
Compensation & BenefitsHourly rate: $16.75 – $17.25 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
- Set‑Up and Tear‑Down Premium Pay Program
- End of Season Premium Pay Program
- All bonus and pay programs subject to qualifications.
