We are looking for motivated, outgoing, high‑energy individuals who can engage customers, sample product, and communicate benefits to move product at a high‑volume retail store.
In the absence of the Product Demonstrator Manager on Sunday and Monday, you will oversee scheduled demonstrations and assist the Manager with day‑to‑day operations such as daily reports, interviewing and training new Product Demonstrators, and ensuring compliance with company policy standards.
Key Responsibilities- Engage customers and communicate the features and benefits of the featured products to increase sales and promote brand awareness.
- Distribute samples while adhering to food handling guidelines and promotional materials such as coupons.
- Build positive relationships with store personnel.
- Report activity at the completion of each event via the internet.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday 4 to 6 hours.
- If hired, must be willing to obtain a food handlers card.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be able to work and communicate with store management, associates and co‑workers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be comfortable addressing and engaging the public.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds, stoop, bend and stand for a minimum of 4 hours.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to multi‑task, use sound judgment, and prioritize.
- Must be a self‑starter with enthusiasm.
- Problem resolution and excellent customer service experience.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Must have the ability to handle high volume and effectively work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented, and results‑driven company.
- Must be able to multi‑task efficiently, effectively and work independently as well.
- Must have daily access to the internet and email.
