Store Manager – NPW

• Drive sales for your location
• Self‑motivated and takes initiative
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit
• Lead and motivate the Counter Sales and Shipping Team
• Manage expenses
• Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Provide excellent customer service
• Stay aware of market trends in the automotive aftermarket, forthcoming customer initiatives, and local competitors
• Ensure safety compliance with company requirements
• Maintain a positive “CAN DO” attitude
• Thrive in a fast‑paced environment while meeting time‑sensitive deadlines

• At least 3 years of experience working in the automotive industry
• At least 1 year of management experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a team
• Knowledge of auto parts and some management experience

• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Consistently lift/carry 10-20 lbs.
• Bend, reach, lift, and climb ladders or steps
• Stand and walk for the duration of the shift
