Position Overview
Inside Salesperson, Waterworks – Twin Falls, (Full‑time). Salary Range: $23.00 per hour. Hybrid schedule, primarily Monday‑Friday 7AM–5PM.
Responsibilities- Assist customers in person and by phone, processing orders, facilitating returns, renting equipment, and providing quotes.
- Help customers with product selection, inquiries, problem solving and sourcing non‑stock material.
- Estimate, quote, and manage customer timelines and projects.
- Support outside sales staff by writing orders, contacting customers, managing jobs and pending orders, and coordinating customer receipt of product.
- Complete accurate and thorough material takeoffs.
- Assist in managing bids.
- Participate in continuing education to learn about product and material applications.
- Customer service or wholesale supply experience required.
- Industry and estimating experience preferred.
- Computer and mechanical aptitude preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Availability to work overtime as needed, primarily during the busy season.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Pay Rate DOE – starting at $23.00 per hour.
