Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Introduce innovative sales strategies to attract new customers and expand market presence.
- Identify client needs and recommend tailored packaging solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Proactively seek sales opportunities and cross‑sell additional services.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to close sales with new and existing clients.
- Partner with internal team members to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer programs effectively through consistent communication and follow‑up.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s market growth goals.
- A base salary is provided during the first year to support onboarding, training, and market development.
- Starting in year two, compensation will transition to a commission‑based structure tied directly to your sales performance, offering significant earning potential.
- Experience in corrugated packaging or packaging solutions is highly preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing or packaging automation is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in B2C or B2B sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Willingness to reside in or near the Twin Falls / Burley / Pocatello area.
- Previous cold‑calling experience is preferred.
- A proactive, self‑driven approach to business development and sales success.
- Must be located in Idaho.
