Sales Professional (Finance Track Opportunity!)

This is an in-store sales role with an opportunity to gain hands‑on finance experience and progress into a full‑time Finance & Insurance (F&I) position. The role offers a clear, intentional path to Finance Manager and the chance to work in a high‑traffic location with upgraded showroom and processes.

As a sales professional, you will primarily drive automotive sales while supporting F&I operations once per week. Your responsibilities include:

• Sell new and used vehicles, closing deals responsibly and efficiently.
• Support F&I operations at least one day per week, helping with deal structuring, lender flow, and product exposure.
• Deliver a strong, professional customer experience from start to finish.
• Maintain CRM discipline, deal accuracy, and compliance standards.
• Operate with a focus on gross, volume, and efficiency.

• 1+ year of experience in automotive sales performance and gross production.
• Strong closing skills with the ability to negotiate and structure deals.
• Detail‑oriented, capable of managing compliance and paperwork accuracy.
• Competitive, self‑motivated, and driven for career advancement.
• Team‑oriented with a leadership mindset and accountability.
• Acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license.
• High School graduate or equivalent; 18 years or older.
