Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Twin Falls has moved into a modern, high-capacity facility – and business is growing rapidly. We are looking for a proven, high-performing sales professional who wants to take the next step and develop into Finance (F&I).

This is an in-store sales role with the opportunity to gain hands‑on finance experience and grow into a full‑time F&I position.

Responsibilities:

• Sales‑focused role with Finance Development
• Primary responsibility is high‑performance automotive sales
• Support F&I operations as needed 1 day per week
• Assist with deal structuring, lender flow, and product exposure
• Deliver a strong, professional customer experience from start to finish
• Maintain CRM discipline, deal accuracy, and compliance standards
• Operate with a focus on gross, volume, and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in automotive sales performance and gross production
• Strong closer with ability to handle negotiations and structure deals
• Either prior F&I exposure OR high aptitude to learn finance quickly
• Detail‑oriented with ability to manage compliance and paperwork accuracy
• Competitive, self‑motivated, and driven for career advancement
• Team‑oriented with leadership mindset and accountability
• Acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license
