Overview

Job Type: Temporary (Fixed Term) (Seasonal).

Location:

Best Buy 874 - Twin Falls, . Pay: $18/hr base, up to $4/hr performance bonus (Total up to $22/hr).

Schedule:

16-20 hours per week, Fridays through Sundays, with availability required on weekends. Dates: 7/27/26 - 11/01/26.

Responsibilities
  • Engage customers and demonstrate:
    Showcase the latest Starlink services and help customers see how they can enhance their internet needs.
  • Build trust and drive sales:
    Build trust by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending the perfect Starlink service as the subject matter expert.
  • Be a brand ally:
    Represent Starlink and 2020 Companies with professionalism, fostering positive relationships with customers and store staff.
  • Hit your goals:
    Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the team's success.
  • Be a team player:
    Partner with retail sales associates and leaders, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Tech savvy and organized:
    Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically; submit daily reports using a mobile device.
  • Consistent weekend schedule:
    Primary Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
  • Foster positive partner field and store relationships:
    Adapt to local retail store environments, respecting established hierarchies, and adhering to all operational policies.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
  • Ability to engage, demonstrate, and guide customers through the sales process.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Impeccable integrity and genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced team environment.
  • Availability to work weekends.
  • Own a smartphone with current Apple iOS or Android software.
  • Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
