Position Overview

The Area Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Title One's market presence within an assigned geographic territory. This role develops and maintains strategic relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, attorneys, investors, and other referral partners while identifying new business opportunities and increasing customer engagement. The Area Sales Executive serves as a trusted advisor to customers, promotes Title One's title and escrow services, and partners closely with operational teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans within an assigned territory.
  • Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers and referral partners.
  • Generate new business through networking, prospecting, cold calling, community involvement, and industry events.
  • Promote Title One's title, escrow, and related services through presentations, meetings, and educational opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted resource to customers by providing market knowledge and industry expertise.
  • Collaborate with Title, Escrow, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to support successful transactions.
  • Monitor local market conditions, industry trends, and competitive activity.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities within designated CRM systems.
  • Prepare and provide regular reports regarding sales performance, market opportunities, and business development activities.
  • Meet or exceed established sales goals, growth objectives, and performance expectations.
  • Represent Title One at industry associations, networking events, trade shows, and community functions.
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies to strengthen long‑term business relationships.
  • Interact and communicate in a professional and effective manner with all levels of team members, leadership, customers, and external partners.
  • Perform other functions as necessary or as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales goals and performance objectives.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM systems, and other business software applications.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly throughout an assigned market area.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Three (3) or more years of sales, business development, account management, or related experience.
  • Established network of real estate and lending professionals within the local market.
  • Experience developing territory growth strategies and business plans.
  • Knowledge of real estate transactions, closing processes, and title insurance products.
