Ruminant Nutrition Sales Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate sales operations in a specified geographical area.
• Evaluate market potential and the status of sales in the area.
• Plan and organize sales projects and activities for a geographical area.
• Plan, develop and deliver the marketing strategy for products, services and associated brands.
• Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment while leading and developing a sales team, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum of six years of related work experience in sales, business development or related field.
• Experience in the ruminant nutrition, animal health, animal nutrition or related field.
• Able and willing to travel up to 60%.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Demonstrates expertise in organizing and coordinating sales operations while developing and executing marketing strategies in the ruminant nutrition and animal health sectors. Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams, manage talent, and adapt to fast-changing business environments.
