Role: Psychiatry Account Manager responsible for promoting a neuroscience portfolio within Boise South, , and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business plans using data-driven insights to maximize sales performance.
- Effectively communicate product messages, probe customer needs, handle objections, and secure commitments.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships aligned with organizational goals.
- Gather market intelligence, apply therapeutic knowledge, and identify opportunities in the local market.
- Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and address payer access issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- At least 2 years of healthcare sales experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals or biopharmaceuticals.
- Strong communication, work ethic, and digital proficiency.
- Valid driver’s license and residence within 40 miles of the territory.
- Ability to travel up to 40% domestically.
- Experience in CNS/neuroscience product sales and product launches.
- Proven sales success and familiarity with data reporting tools.
- Leadership involvement and experience with alliance partnerships.
