• Troubleshoot issues, solve problems on the spot, and ensure seamless job completion
• Keep a clean and organized workspace in customer homes and on job sites
• Accurately document work through notes, photos, and digital work orders
• Proactively identify opportunities to recommend upgrades or additional services
• Contribute to a professional, respectful, and team-first environment

• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs, use hand tools, and safely work on ladders
• Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence with technical problem solving
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
