Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation: $30–$45/hour (DOE)

Full-Time Position Summary The Journeyman Plumber is responsible for independently performing installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and light commercial plumbing systems. This role requires a licensed professional who can diagnose issues, complete jobs efficiently, and deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining strong customer communication.
Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drain/waste/vent systems (DWV), fixtures, and water heaters
Perform plumbing installations for residential and commercial new construction, remodels, and service calls
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues quickly and accurately
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes
Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
Manage job sites independently and maintain productivity standards
Communicate professionally with customers regarding scope of work, timelines, and solutions
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Train and mentor apprentices as needed
Accurately document work performed and materials used Collaborate with dispatch, management, and other trades as needed
Qualifications
Active Journeyman Plumbing License (Idaho preferred or ability to obtain)3+ years of plumbing experience (residential/service and/or commercial)
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in the field without supervision
Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in various environments
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
Excellent customer service and communication skills
