Work Hours:

40 hours/week + on call and overtime as needed

On-Call:
Weekend and evening rotation as needed

What you will be doing:

Residential service, maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of heating and air conditioning systems

Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory and retail pricing

Work in the utility programs the company participates in Providing excellent customer service

Consult with customers on repairs, replacements, and give solutions that are beneficial for customer as well as company

Required Qualifications:

3+ years' experience preferred EPA CertificationHVAC education preferred

Clean driving record and insurable driving record

Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams

Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques

Experience making repairs and replacing decisions

Advanced customer service skills

Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles

Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques

Nate Certification a plus Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
5+ years experience as an HVAC residential service technician. Must have a valid driver license and clean driving history. Able to pass a background and drug screening
