We're seeking an experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our fabrication team. As an Experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Fabricator, you'll fabricate custom ductwork and HVAC components for residential and light commercial installation projects while ensuring every piece meets company quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Fabricate rectangular, round, and specialty sheet metal ductwork for residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and fabrication specifications
• Measure, cut, bend, notch, assemble, and seal sheet metal components
• Operate fabrication equipment, including brakes, shears, rollers, presses, notchers, and plasma or mechanical cutting equipment
• Assemble fittings, transitions, plenums, boots, and custom ductwork
• Verify measurements and maintain quality control throughout the fabrication process
• Organize fabricated materials for installation crews and project staging
• Maintain fabrication equipment and keep the shop clean, organized, and safe
• Follow OSHA safety standards and company procedures
• Work closely with installers, project managers, and leadership to meet project deadlines

• Two or more years of sheet metal fabrication experience, preferably in the HVAC industry
• Experience fabricating residential and light commercial ductwork
• Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and fabrication layouts
• Proficiency operating sheet metal fabrication equipment and hand tools
• Strong measuring and layout skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Knowledge of duct fabrication standards and HVAC airflow principles
• Ability to lift materials and work safely in a fabrication shop environment
• Strong work ethic and commitment to producing quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
