$5,000 equity bonus for a qualified EMT II Shift Available: 3rd Shift (Sunday‑Thursday 11:00p.m. – 7:00a.m.). Compensation: $36.90 per hour (base $34.90+$2.00 shift differential).

Interview process will consist of an online assessment and a hands‑on test.

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
• Diagnose and repair motors, drives, relays, sensors, and controllers.
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Support production operations and equipment efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment.

• Basic experience or technical training in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
• Familiarity with industrial tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read schematics or technical documentation.
• Desire to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.
