Schedule: Monday-Friday | Overtime, On-Call, and Seasonal Flexibility as Needed

As an Entry-Level Residential HVAC Service Technician, you'll work alongside experienced technicians to learn how to diagnose, maintain, and repair residential heating and cooling systems. Through hands‑on training and mentorship, you'll develop the skills needed to become a successful HVAC service technician.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist experienced technicians with residential HVAC maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance, seasonal tune‑ups, and equipment inspections
• Learn to troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
• Help maintain furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini‑splits, and indoor air quality equipment
• Learn proper electrical, refrigeration, and airflow diagnostic procedures
• Communicate professionally with homeowners while providing excellent customer service
• Complete service documentation accurately and on time
• Maintain clean, organized company vehicles and job sites
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
• Participate in ongoing training to develop technical and customer service skills

• Mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn the HVAC trade
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced technicians
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions
• Trade school or HVAC education is a plus but not required
• Construction, maintenance, mechanical, warehouse, or other hands‑on experience is a plus but not required
