Schedule: Full-Time with a 7:00 AM start time and overtime opportunities available

We are looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Installation Technician who enjoys producing quality work, solving installation challenges, and delivering a professional experience from start to finish.

As a Residential HVAC Installation Technician, you will install complete heating and cooling systems for residential and light commercial customers. You will ensure every installation meets company standards while maintaining a clean job site, communicating professionally with customers, and working safely throughout every project.
Essential Responsibilities- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini split systems, and indoor air quality products
- Install duct systems, refrigerant piping, gas lines, venting, condensate drains, and electrical connections
- Complete equipment replacements, retrofit projects, and new construction installations
- Perform equipment startup, refrigerant charging, operational testing, and final commissioning
- Read blueprints, installation drawings, and manufacturer instructions
- Verify proper airflow, equipment performance, and overall system operation
- Ensure every installation complies with local codes, manufacturer requirements, and company quality standards
- Maintain organized company vehicles, tools, and job sites
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, builders, supervisors, and fellow technicians
- Assist with training and supporting less experienced installation team members when needed
- Follow company safety procedures on every project
- Two or more years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Strong understanding of residential HVAC installation methods
- Experience installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini split systems, and indoor air quality equipment
- Knowledge of duct construction, refrigeration piping, gas piping, electrical systems, and low-voltage controls
- Ability to troubleshoot installation concerns and verify proper system performance
- Ability to interpret blueprints, installation layouts, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- EPA Certification is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to safely lift equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor weather conditions
- $21.00 to $40.00 per hour based on qualifications and experience
