We are adding a licensed electrical professional to our team. This role is designed for an experienced Journeyman Electrician who can confidently diagnose problems, complete installations, perform repairs, and communicate clearly with customers.

You will work on a mix of residential and commercial electrical systems while receiving the support, tools, and training needed to continue developing your career. What You Will Do
  • Evaluate electrical issues in residential and commercial properties

  • Locate faults and determine the appropriate repair solution

  • Install new wiring, electrical panels, conduit, motors, controls, generators, and related components

  • Repair or replace damaged electrical equipment and system components

  • Use testing devices and diagnostic tools to verify system performance

  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance

  • Review blueprints, wiring diagrams, plans, and technical instructions

  • Follow all National Electrical Code requirements and applicable local regulations

  • Complete service reports, job records, and other required documentation

  • Explain system conditions, recommended repairs, and completed services to customers

  • Keep company vehicles, tools, work spaces, and job sites clean and organized

  • Coordinate with technicians, project teams, and supervisors to complete work efficiently

  • Follow company safety procedures and consistently use required personal protective equipment

Required Qualifications
  • Current Journeyman Electrician license

  • Valid driver's license

  • Driving record that meets company insurance requirements

  • Working knowledge of electrical wiring, circuits, panels, controls, and related systems

  • Ability to diagnose electrical problems accurately

  • Ability to understand blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and technical documents

  • Experience operating electrical hand tools, power tools, meters, and testing equipment

  • Ability to distinguish wiring and components by color

  • Strong attention to safety, detail, and code compliance

  • Professional communication skills

  • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic

  • Ability to provide respectful, helpful service in customers' homes and businesses

Preferred Experience
  • At least one year of experience working under an active Journeyman Electrician license

  • Previous residential service experience

  • Previous commercial electrical experience

  • Familiarity with heating and cooling systems or the HVAC service industry

HVAC experience is helpful but is not required.

Compensation

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $35.00 to $45.00. Final compensation will be based on licensing, experience, technical ability, and overall qualifications.

Incentive opportunities may also be available in addition to the regular hourly wage.
