We are looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Production Specialist to join our fabrication department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys precision work, understands HVAC duct fabrication, and takes pride in producing quality components that support successful installations.

• Fabricate custom sheet metal ductwork for residential and light commercial HVAC systems

• Produce rectangular, round, and specialty duct components

• Read fabrication drawings, blueprints, and project specifications

• Measure, cut, bend, assemble, and seal sheet metal products with accuracy

• Operate fabrication equipment including brakes, shears, rollers, notchers, presses, and cutting machines

• Build transitions, plenums, boots, fittings, takeoffs, and other custom pieces

• Inspect completed work to verify measurements and workmanship

• Organize finished materials for installation crews

• Maintain fabrication equipment and keep the shop clean and organized

• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA regulations

• Work closely with production staff and installation teams to meet project deadlines

• Two or more years of sheet metal fabrication experience preferred

• Experience building HVAC ductwork for residential or light commercial applications

• Ability to read blueprints, fabrication drawings, and layouts

• Strong measuring, layout, and problem-solving skills

• Experience using fabrication machinery and sheet metal hand tools

• Understanding of HVAC duct construction practices

• Ability to perform physical work in a fabrication shop

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
