Pay: $25.00 to $40.00 per hour based on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday with overtime as needed

As our commercial installation division continues to expand, we are seeking a Commercial HVAC Installation Supervisor to help lead projects, support our installation teams, and maintain the high standards our customers expect.
This position is ideal for an experienced installer or field leader who enjoys mentoring technicians, coordinating projects, solving field challenges, and ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently, and correctly. While this position focuses primarily on commercial work, the successful candidate will also provide leadership and support for residential installation projects when needed.

As the Commercial HVAC Installation Supervisor, you will oversee daily field operations for commercial installation projects while helping coordinate labor, materials, project schedules, and installation quality. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines technical expertise with team development to ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards.
Essential ResponsibilitiesLead commercial HVAC installation crews on retrofit and new construction projects
Coordinate daily work assignments, manpower, and installation priorities
Visit active job sites to monitor workmanship, productivity, and safety
Support residential installation projects when additional field leadership is needed
Train, mentor, and develop installation technicians to improve technical skills and efficiency
Review project drawings, specifications, and installation plans before work begins
Assist with material planning, ordering, delivery coordination, and job staging
Provide technical guidance when installation challenges arise
Track labor hours, installation progress, and project completion timelines
Help reduce warranty issues by reinforcing installation best practices and quality control
Communicate professionally with customers, builders, project managers, vendors, and office staff
Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturer requirements, local codes, and safety regulations
Complete project documentation and other supervisory responsibilities as assigned
Two or more years of commercial HVAC installation experience preferred
Previous leadership, foreman, or supervisory experience is beneficial
Strong understanding of commercial HVAC equipment, duct systems, refrigeration piping, gas piping, controls, and installation procedures
Ability to read blueprints, construction drawings, and mechanical specifications
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Experience coordinating multiple projects and installation schedules
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds and work in indoor and outdoor environments
Willingness to assist residential installation teams when operational needs require
