• Optimize equipment uptime by performing precise inspections and repairs on drive components, including chains and sprockets.
• Enhance the longevity of rotating machinery through expert maintenance of bearings, shafts, and housings.
• Improve system performance by executing accurate shaft and motor alignments.
• Resolve electrical and control system challenges using advanced diagnostic tools like multimeters.
• Drive operational reliability by consistently executing comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain rigorous safety standards by strictly adhering to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols during all repair activities.

• Proven mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in power transmission systems, gearboxes, and conveyors.
• Solid understanding of industrial electrical techniques and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and established LOTO procedures.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple maintenance priorities.

• Experience utilizing CMMS or similar software for accurate maintenance record-keeping.
• Advanced certification in industrial electrical or mechanical systems.
• Proven track record of identifying root causes to prevent recurring equipment failures.
