In this role, you will operate a commercial motor vehicle and play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of our beverages to customers.

• Safely operate and maneuver commercial delivery vehicles to transport beverages to designated retail locations, follow routes and schedules, and ensure on-time, accurate deliveries while adapting to traffic and weather; comply with laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Safely load and unload beverage products, use proper handling techniques, stock back rooms as requested, and manage pallets and assigned products at delivery locations.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Use electronic devices or paperwork to confirm deliveries, track inventory, and maintain records; communicate with supervisors and dispatchers about progress, delays, or issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle; interact professionally with store personnel and management.
• Maintain a valid CDL-A license and complete all assigned trainings; participate in meetings and special projects as needed.

• High School Diploma (or GED) or equivalent
• CDL-A License required
• Interstate license required
• Ability to drive a manual transmission preferred
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed; flexible with schedules and routes
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move heavy beverage cases repeatedly
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
