Fleet Driver AH

Job Summary:

Perform effective, safe and efficient driving duties. Deliver packages to customers on scheduled route while meeting service and performance objectives.

• Drive assigned vehicle and deliver/pick up shipments.
• Point of contact for customer service and help resolve customer complaints.
• Load and unload assigned vehicle, ensuring all loads are securely fastened.
• Operate all warehouse equipment/machinery.
• Achieve assigned performance metrics and KPIs.
• Help maintain a secure, organized, clean, and safe warehouse and vehicle.
• Handle all hazardous materials, pesticides, and prescription drugs according to the Company’s processes/procedures and applicable laws and regulations.
• Assure routine maintenance is performed on assigned vehicle per schedule and vehicle is always in a good and safe condition.
• Follow all local, state and federal motor carrier laws.
• Submit all required daily, weekly and monthly compliance reports.
• Assist fulfillment center in daily operations when not delivering packages.
• Maintain acceptable driving record and current driver’s license.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Perform all work in accordance with Company Safety guidelines and procedures including all required Safety and Compliance Training and regulatory licensing.

• High school diploma or GED required; preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; non-CDL, non-Hazmat, capable of driving vehicles or combination vehicles up to 26k GVWR.
• Ability to obtain a satisfactory MVR review.
• Knowledge of delivery area and ability to read maps.
• Strong teamwork and basic problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
• Effective time management skills.

• One-year experience as a delivery driver.

• Physical Demands:
  Lift and carry up to 55 pounds; team lift 56 to 100 pounds; continuous, moderate or occasional heavy physical activity; 50% of the time moving, 50% stationary; move loads on pallet jack up to 2,500 lbs.
• Environmental Factors:
  Assigned vehicle/vehicles, electronic driver logs, general warehouse equipment, general office equipment, travel, on-call, may require overnight delivery runs.

$19.23 - $25.00 per hour. Final offer may exceed this range based on location, experience, and skills.
