Position: Warehouse Worker / Qualified Driver

Warehouse Worker / Qualified Driver – Twin Falls,

Pace Supply, a leading employee‑owned wholesale distributor of plumbing supplies, seeks a full‑time warehouse team member who is motivated and committed to excellence in delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, store, and distribute products efficiently.
  • Perform general warehouse duties including picking/packing orders, stocking shelves, and maintaining accurate inventory.
  • Safely make deliveries to customers as needed (using a 24ft truck).
  • Coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely and efficient delivery schedules.
Delivery & Customer Service
  • Safely deliver plumbing products to customers’ homes and designated locations.
  • Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time, following established routes and schedules.
  • Obtain customer signatures on packing slips for receipt of goods and maintain accurate delivery records.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns in the field, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Communicate delivery status and any delays to the scheduling and routing team to ensure smooth operations.
Vehicle Operation & Maintenance
  • Safely load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling and secure transport of materials.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections using the designated inspection form and report any safety concerns to management.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle to ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
Warehouse Operations & Order Fulfillment
  • Receive work orders from the supervisor and prioritize tasks based on scheduling needs.
  • Pull orders from inventory manually or using a forklift, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Pack and label materials for delivery or customer pick‑up, preparing necessary documentation such as bills of lading.
  • Verify filled orders before delivery or pick‑up to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Restock shelves and racks from overstock as needed to maintain proper inventory levels.
Team Support & Safety
  • Assist in training new delivery drivers on company procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols in the warehouse and delivery areas.
  • Foster a positive work atmosphere by communicating effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Possess a valid Idaho Class C driver’s license and be at least 21 years of age.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Pass a background check and drug test.
  • Previous warehouse experience strongly preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional driving related experience and/or training.
  • Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
  • Basic knowledge and proper use of the English language, including reading, writing, and oral communications.
  • Ability to organize items by size, alphabetically, or numerically and group similar items.
  • Knowledge of driving laws and adherence to speed limits while driving a company vehicle.
  • Knowledge of procedures in the event of an accident in the warehouse or in company vehicle.
