Provide daily work direction to professional drivers to ensure safe and efficient operations and to meet customer requirements;
Create employee schedules, approve time, resolve timekeeping issues, monitor overtime, and take appropriate actions to meet established goals;
Maintain up-to-date copies of routes and manage routing software to increase route efficiency and meet customer demands;
Monitor daily activity to make adjustments in load assignments and communicate with customers, drivers, dispatch, and other locations;
Prepare and distribute operational reports and establish positive working relationships with members or customers to ensure optimal service
