Central Oregon Truck Company is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for flatbed freight. We offer top-tier pay with incentives, including up to $127,000 per year, 60 CPM base pay plus up to 4 CPM in performance incentives, and a $1,350 minimum for qualifying weeks.
Loyalty pay starts day one up to 5.5 CPM, plus $75 tarp pay and $100 dwell pay. Home time every two weeks, with paid orientation of $1,250. Company-paid medical premiums and a 401(k) with 4% match are provided.
