Proficiently and efficiently receive all products and materials into inventory. Comparing packing lists to purchase orders/ sales orders, ensuring accurate and timely receiving
Duties and Responsibilities- Software Proficiency: Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Communication
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, customers, and vendors. - Forklift Certification: Possess or willingness to obtain forklift certification within 30 days of employment.
- Physical Capability: Ability to perform physical activities requiring the use of arms and legs, including lifting, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work in inclement weather conditions and demonstrate versatility, self-motivation, and teamwork.
- Punctuality: Consistently show up on time and complete daily tasks by deadlines, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management
Experience:
Prior experience in inventory receiving or management roles, with familiarity with inventory control systems and processes. - Process Optimization: Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in inventory management.
- Customer Service Orientation: Friendly, approachable demeanor with a respectful attitude towards others, promoting positive interactions with customers and team members.
