WhatYou'll Be Doing
As a Parts/Service Coordinator, you will work for a world-class dealership parts department maintaining the good order of the shipping and receiving records and work area.
Responsibilities- Maintaining accurate reports of items shipped and received
- Shipping and receiving of parts/tools and accessories according to established guidelines and procedures
- In-store customer service
- Stocking duties according to established guidelines and procedures
- Must possess strong attention to detail
- Keeping parts department/tool room and warehouse organized, clean and orderly
- Maintain a safe and efficient work area
- Perform bin counts and monitor inventory
- Pickup and delivery of parts outside of the store
- Work closely with technicians and service writers
- Perform building, vehicle and crane inspections
- Assist with monitoring shortages and expediting processes, damaged goods return and replacement, and core/warranty returns

- Ability to work flexible hours; some Saturday hours may be included
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate data entry/keyboarding skills required
Physical Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and a telephone.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements (i.e. having the visual acuity to read words and numbers on the computer screen and on paper.)
- Hearing ability sufficient to communicate with others in person or over the phone
- Ability to lift, push, pull or carry items weighing upwards of 75 lbs
- Ability to reach, stoop, kneel, and bend as needed
What's preferred
- Forklift certified helpful
- Shipping and receiving or warehouse experience is helpful
