  • Participate in PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis).
  • Actively contribute to new product design evaluations.
  • Identify, develop, and implement cost‑reduction and process‑improvement initiatives for new products.
  • Ensure compliance with all production environmental, health, and safety requirements.
  • Support cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient, end‑to‑end manufacturing validation strategies.
  • Manage 1–2 projects across different product lines, including timeline and action‑plan communication to ensure cost‑effective solutions are delivered on schedule.
  • Collaborate with or lead team members inside and outside the Industrialization group to achieve shared objectives.
  • Use facts and logic to influence decisions and support multiple business units and manufacturing plants simultaneously.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent education).
  • 0+ years of experience; prior engineering internship or co‑op preferred.
  • Professional background in electronics or related manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of Project Management and DFMA (Design for Manufacturability & Assembly).
  • Exposure to PCBA manufacturing or electronics manufacturing preferred.
  • Ability to execute transactions in an ERP system, preferably SAP.
  • Proficiency with CAD tools and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Access, Word, Excel).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
