We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR functions at our manufacturing plant. This is a full-time, onsite role requiring in-office presence five days a week. The ideal candidate will be a strategic HR partner with a proven track record in implementing HR processes, managing employee relations, and driving compliance with employment laws
. You will play a key role in shaping workplace culture, supporting leadership, and ensuring consistent HR practices across the organization.

This role is perfect for a hands-on Human Resources Manager who can implement operational improvements such as time clock systems, HR policies and procedures, onboarding programs, and performance management frameworks
.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistent application across the plant.
  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to management and employees, addressing employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, PTO, and manage open enrollment and benefits changes.
  • Oversee payroll processing for both exempt and non-exempt employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage 401(k) plan administration, audits, and reporting.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Implement operational improvements such as time clocks, HR workflows, and process enhancements to drive efficiency.
  • Foster a positive and productive workplace culture that aligns with organizational values.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, HR compliance, employment law, and HR systems.
  • Experience implementing HR processes, policies, and operational improvements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Must be available to work onsite five days a week.
