Store Hardware Technician

Position Summary

Our Retail Store IT Hardware Support Technician works closely with Field Service Technicians and CVS Store staff to perform bench repairs on CVS store hardware. The role maintains accurate asset tracking records in Siebel and ensures current hardware certifications to process warranty claims. Responsibilities include cleaning and refurbishing returned equipment, staging and configuring complex systems for RX, POS, and internal corporate distribution, and maintaining adequate inventory levels for support functions.

• 1+ years of experience with electronics hardware repair, or hands‑on technical or mechanical experience.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs with assistance.

• Mechanical experience (e.g., auto, printer, etc.)
• Experience working with laser or photo printers
• Technical school graduate with A+ certification
• Administrative computer skills – Word and Excel proficiency

High School Diploma or GED required;
Associate’s Degree preferred.

40 hours per week.

Full time.

$17.00 – $28.46 per hour (base pay range; actual offer depends on experience, education, geography, and other factors).
