- Manage end-to-end wireless network deployment projects including macro and small cell integration, activation, and acceptance activities.
- Coordinate with RF, transport, fiber, construction, and integration teams to ensure successful LTE/5G site deployment and on-air integration.
- Troubleshoot network element issues and drive rapid resolution through collaboration with internal engineering teams and external vendors.
- Support LTE/5G network integration activities including site readiness, alarm troubleshooting, and activation coordination.
- Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and issue escalations across multiple concurrent network deployment projects.
- Work closely with field operations, NOC, and engineering teams to ensure smooth execution of carrier deployment programs.
- Manage fiber/backhaul readiness and coordinate integration activities for new and modified cell sites.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, status reporting, issue logs, and deployment trackers.
- Identify recurring operational issues and drive long-term process improvements and resolution strategies.
- Ensure projects meet carrier standards, timelines, quality requirements, and integration acceptance criteria.
