Quest Financial is looking for detail-oriented and customer-focused Personal Lines Account Manager(s) to manage and service a book of personal lines insurance accounts. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with deep expertise in the insurance lifecycle - from prospecting and quoting to long-term account management. A highly motivated Licensed Insurance Agent to manage and grow a robust book of business.

This role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, assisting with renewals, processing policy changes, quoting new business, and ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction.

• Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts (home, auto, umbrella, etc.).
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements.
• Prepare renewal reviews and present coverage options to clients.
• Quote new business and assist with cross-selling or upselling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS
  360). Hawksoft 6.0
• Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and carrier requirements.
• Follow up on outstanding items and documentation from clients or carriers.
• Support producers/account executives with customer service needs.
• Participate in client retention efforts and maintain high renewal rates.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain one).
• 5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance, preferably in account management or service role.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines products, coverages, and carriers.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly effective Time Management
  -planning, prioritizing and using tools.
• Proficiency in agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with quoting platforms and comparative raters.
• Familiarity with regional insurance carriers and their guidelines.
• Flexibility with location in Ohio – must commit to onsite training at Twinsburg location (Lancaster, Oh area is a plus!) both locations are HYBRID.
