Our Twinsburg based client is seeking a dependable Building Maintenance & Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility. This position combines general custodial duties, waste and recycling management, and basic building maintenance support.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain cleanliness throughout warehouse, production, office, and common areas.
- Collect and dispose of trash, cardboard, and recycling, including operating recycling equipment and balers.
- Operate a sit-down forklift, pallet jack, floor scrubber, scissor lift, and other facility equipment.
- Perform basic facility upkeep, including changing light bulbs, restocking supplies, and maintaining breakrooms and restrooms.
- Assist with general maintenance projects and other facility duties as assigned.
- Keep waste and recycling areas organized and follow all safety procedures.
Qualifications Previous custodial, janitorial, warehouse, or building maintenance experience is a plus, but not required. Forklift experience required, preferably sit-down forklift experience or certification. Must be comfortable climbing ladders and operating lifts to work r's license required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Dependable, safety conscious, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule:
1st Shift, 6: 00 AM to 2: 30 PM
