Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Picture the start of your shift at 6:00pm. You review work orders, gear up with a safety-first mindset, and head to a press showing a hydraulic leak. You isolate the issue, swap the seal kit, verify pressures, then move on to a scheduled PM—inspecting belts, lubricating bearings, and checking electrical connections. Later, a fabrication request comes in: you MIG weld a simple bracket, reinstall, and validate alignment.
Before 6:00am, you document every step in the maintenance system and hand off clear notes. That’s a typical night—hands-on, varied, and rewarding.
6:00pm to 6:00am on a 2-2-3 rotation with every other weekend off. Training will be done on day shift.
