Quality Technician

Now Hiring a Quality Technician for a great company in Hudson, OH Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections, testing, and audits to ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements
• Operate inspection and measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gages, comparators, hardness testers, and torque/tension machines
• Read and interpret company and customer drawings, specifications, and standards
• Collect, analyze, and summarize quality and production data to prepare reports and documentation
• Support production by performing inspections and testing as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to meet business needs
• Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts
• Follow all work instructions, safety guidelines, and company policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Weekend Shift (2nd Shift):
Friday - Sunday, 6:00pm - 6:00am

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour (Paid Weekly)

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills
• Experience with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gages)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a manufacturing and office environment

• Fastener industry experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
