Warehouse Associate

Pride Staff -  - Responsibilities:
Receiving & Inspection:
Oversee incoming materials, verify packing slips against purchase orders, inspect for damage, and log materials accurately into the inventory system.;
Job Staging & Fulfillment:
Accurately pull stock and kit materials for upcoming production jobs to ensure the manufacturing team has exactly what they need without delay.;
Shipping & Dispatch:
Manage outbound material flow, ensuring finished goods or transfers are properly packaged, labeled, and loaded.;
Inventory Control:
Perform regular cycle counts, reconcile physical counts with digital records, and maintain a highly organized, logical warehouse layout.;
Procurement Support:
Actively run open order reports, identify late or stalled shipments, and follow up directly with vendors to expedite delivery.
