5:00 AM to 1:30 PM

Morgan Advanced Materials, located in Twinsburg, Ohio just a short drive from Cleveland, is actively hiring Production Associates on First Shift. Our Production Associates receive extensive on the job training to perform the following responsibilities:

• Manufacturing, packing and inspecting products.
• Operating various machines and equipment while adhering to standard operating procedures.
• Participating in continuous improvement projects and daily accountability meetings.

• First shift: $18/hour to start

Requirements:

• Ability to understand and communicate in written and verbal English.
• Ability to reliably work a full‑time schedule of 40 hours per week.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (lift assist available as required).
• Visual acuity
• Basic math skills
• Previous manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Satisfactory pre‑employment screenings (includes background check and drug and alcohol screening).
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be a:
  • Citizen of the United States, or
  • Permanent resident alien of the United States, or
  • Protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) as defined by 22
