Production Technician - Second Shift; Rate

Cleveland Electric Labs, a 100‑year‑old manufacturing company specializing in high‑temperature sensor and temperature control technology.

We are seeking a reliable, dedicated individual to support critical functions of our production line during the second shift (four ten‑hour shifts Monday‑Thursday 4:00pm‑2:00am).

• Read drawings and bill of materials to determine job requirements and document material traceability.
• Lift, position, and load raw materials.
• Assemble hardware using hand tools.
• Perform production welding, including TIG and plasma welding.
• Inspect and label finished products.
• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Lead by example and uphold the organization’s core values.

• Detail oriented.
• Ability to sit or stand for an entire 8‑hour shift.
• Ability to read tape measure and perform basic math (fractions).
• Experience lifting 60pounds or more.
• Proficiency using power tools and small machinery.
• Innovative thinker with problem‑solving skills and continuous improvement mindset.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Preferred: at least 1 year of prior manufacturing experience.
• Required:
