Assembler - 1st Shift

Rockwell Automation is a global technology leader providing manufacturing automation solutions. We seek a full‑time Manufacturing Assembler Level3 to perform repetitive assembly of pre‑engineered electro‑mechanical control modules in our Twinsburg, OH facility.

• Read and follow task sequences defined by electronic or hardcopy drawings and work instructions.
• Execute assembly tasks using standardized methods, tooling, and test equipment.
• Assemble components and sub‑assemblies in a line‑facing fashion within specified time frames.
• Use tools such as component lead cutters, crimpers, press fixtures, wire strippers, luggers, hand tools, automated test systems, torque drivers, lifting fixtures, hoist and crane.
• Work from elevated surfaces as required.
• Read electrical schematics, bill of materials, and product layout drawings for current and legacy products.
• Work 1st shift (Mon‑Thu,5:30AM–3:30PM) with required overtime (minimum 10hrs/week; actual hours may vary).

• High school diploma or GED.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship.

• Approximately two (2) years of related manufacturing experience.
