Inspector​/ Packer

Overview We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Inspector/Packers to join our team in Twinsburg, OH, 44087. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products while also assisting in the packing process. Our shifts are 12hr. days or nights on a rotating schedule. Temp-hire opportunities with a BONUS at hire in!

Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Identify and report any defects or inconsistencies in products.

Assist in packing products for shipment, ensuring they are securely packaged.

Maintain accurate records of inspections and packing activities.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in inspection or packing preferred, but not required.

Attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
