- Oversee and manage a team of approximately 20 hourly employees in a non-union job shop environment
- Lead daily shop opening and start-up operations to ensure seamless productivity
- Develop and implement shop routines to optimize workflow and efficiency
- Create and manage detailed work schedules to meet production demands
- Review and track daily job progress to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards
- Must have experience in a leadership role within a shop environment
- Strong background in CNC machining operations and processes is required
